Friendly reminder of the required grade levels who need immunization(s) or a valid exemption on file prior to the start of the school year:

  • Kindergarten must receive (or be in the process of getting) DTAP, Polio, Hep B, MMR, & Varicella.
  • 7th graders must receive Tdap and MCV4 (meningococcal).
  • 12th graders must receive a second dose of MCV4 (meningococcal).
