Designed to enhance family communication and build valuable life skills together, this weekly program offers peer support, bonding activities, social skills development, and fun prizes and incentives. Every session includes a free family dinner for all participants.

Waverly City Schools is partnering with the Pike County General Health District to host a school vaccination clinic for 7th and 12th grade students.
When: Wednesday, September 2, 2026, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Where: Waverly High School
The clinic offers a convenient way for families to get required or recommended vaccinations taken care of during the school day. Parents or guardians who would like their student vaccinated, or who have questions about which vaccines are needed, should contact their school nurse.
